Payment and Fundraising Plan
Total estimated cost per player: £4,000
(Subject to confirmation based on final travel and accommodation costs)
To make the tour achievable and fair, yet accessible to all,
the goal is to split the total cost equally between:
£2,000 Self-Funded
To be paid directly by each family according to the schedule below.
£400 due 31st March 2026
(non-refundable to confirm player commitment)
£1,100 due 10th July 2026
(required to book flights at optimum time)
£500 due February 2027 (tbc)
(accommodation and kit)
£2,000 Fundraised/Sponsorship
To be raised collectively through team events (parents and players), sponsorship and community initiatives.
Fundraising
The responsibility of all players and all families. There are two types of fundraising activities
1. Whole Team Fundraising: Organised by players and parents and everybody works for these on a rotation
2. Individual/Group Player Events: Planned and organised by individual or group of players. Money goes in the pot for everyone to share
Sponsorship
The responsibility of all parents to seek out potential sponsors and share details with the organising committee to ensure no overlap occurs
